Cat and Crow is a small, first-generation farm founded in 2020 in the Comox Valley. Owned and operated by partners Hil and Curt, the farm is rooted in a shared passion for ethical livestock practices and regenerative agriculture, with a focus on rotational grazing. In 2024, Hil and Curt were matched with their current land through the B.C. Land Matching Program. Today, they raise pasture-raised pigs and chickens and grow nutrient-rich microgreens, continuing their mission to support a healthy, sustainable food system.
All are welcome to come tour the farm! Kiyomi, the Vancouver Island-Gulf Islands Land Matcher, will also be available to chat about the supports and services offered through the B.C. Land Matching Program. Both farmers seeking land and farmland holders are encouraged to attend – as well as anyone who loves food, farming and getting out onto the land.
