Your ticket covers all food and beverages, allowing you to indulge in the best of Metro Vancouver’s vibrant local food scene.

VIP EXPERIENCE: Elevate your Feast of Fields experience with our exclusive VIP package. VIP guests will enjoy one hour of early access to the entire event site starting at 12 pm, providing a more intimate experience with all food and beverage presenters. Your VIP ticket includes a Feast of Fields Cedar Plate, a guided site tour with a celebratory toast, and access to an exclusive VIP check-in area with concierge services, including purse and coat check.

ADDITIONAL FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES:

• Souvenir cedar plates are available for purchase online in advance or for $10 cash on-site while supplies last.
• A silent auction featuring a variety of exceptional prizes, perfect for food lovers and supporters of local agriculture.
• Donations to FarmFolk CityFolk are welcomed, with charitable tax receipts provided for contributions.

PARKING AND TRANSPORTATION:

• We encourage guests to carpool, bike, or take transit.
• Bike parking will be available inside the gates at UBC Farm.
• Street Parking and Pay Parking lots are available on Campus. Please be mindful of signage. Parking at the University-Hill Secondary School is also available on Sundays.

ABOUT UBC Farm: UBC Farm is the Centre for Sustainable Food Systems’ main research, teaching, and learning space, located on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territory of the Musqueam people.

Established by students in 2001, the 24-hectare organically managed site includes crop fields, orchards, pasture, Indigenous-led gardens, and forest stands. It is a hub for agroecology research, education, and local food, producing over 200 varieties of fruits, vegetables, and herbs, as well as honey.

IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:

• All tickets are final sale.
• Tickets will not be available at the gate.
• This is a rain or shine event; please wear suitable footwear.
• No animals are allowed on-site.
• All participants 19 years and older with “adult” tickets must bring two pieces of valid ID to receive a wristband for alcoholic beverage sampling.
• This is an all-ages event. Ticket holders under 19 will receive a water glass to sample non-alcoholic beverages. Children 5 and under attend free of charge.
