The Soil-to-Table Program is a 4-week residential program where students live, learn and work on the scenic, 6-acre, 35-year old Tres Estrellas Organic Farm in the foothills of Sacred Mount Kuchumaa! The Program focuses on ecological farming, farm-to-table lifestyle and self-reliance. Students explore these topics through a dynamic combination of hands-on learning in the farm and kitchen, classroom discussions and presentations and various field trips to nearby organic farms and ranches.
