The North Okanagan Organic Association is seeking a part-time admin assistant.
Commitment: 4-10 hours per week
Requirement: Computer and internet access
Skills: Must be able to work independently with an ability to navigate database programs, excel, google drive, email and apps to adjust photo and document size, compress files and other comparable tasks.
Renumeration: $20/hr payable monthly or as negotiated.
Reporting: to the Administrator as the primary contact but also with direction from the Certification Coordinator.
Description of tasks:
This is an ongoing position to assist with Administrative duties related to applications from clients for certification services. We work through an on-line CRM database where all information is stored. The management of the information as it flows through the assessment process is a key part of the certification services. Therefore, the majority of the work will be centered around this management. Incoming information via emails from the client, the reviewers, the inspectors and the administration must be uploaded to appropriate sections of the CRM program for the client and tracked in an in-house excel spreadsheet.
Available: Immediately. Training to be provided.
